Subscription Terms and Conditions
When you buy a subscription from Little Robin Education you’re agreeing to our terms and conditions as follows:
Shipping
Book Club subscriptions are shipped on a bimonthly basis on a set schedule (see the relevant Book Club page for details of this).
Delivery may take longer at the moment due to COVID-19. Please be patient but you can email Jenny at hello@littlerobineducation.com for queries.
Subscription cut off
Books change on a set date as per the set schedule. The website will tell you which book to expect, but if we have sold out then it may be the next book that you receive.
Payments
Your chosen payment card will be billed on the set payment schedule for your age group (see relevant Book Club pages) until your subscription is cancelled. Your box will be received within 3 weeks of billing. Please be patient, I’m a one woman army!
Auto renewal
Subscriptions will renew automatically by default. If you wish to order just one box, click the “gift” tab upon checking out.
If you want to cancel your subscription or change your preferences you can do so by following this link and edit your account.
Damaged/missing/lost boxes
Please get in touch with Jenny at hello@littlerobineducation.com if you have any issues with your shipment. I’ll be happy to help!
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden payments. Please make sure you cancel your subscription before the 22nd of January, March, May, July, September and November. You can cancel by logging into your account here, or get in touch with Jenny at hello@littlerobineducation.com
Returns
You can receive a refund for any unopened box within 30 days of delivery. Please note that I do not offer free returns. Please get in touch with Jenny at hello@littlerobineducation.com and I’ll be happy to help.
