What is the Little Robin Nature Book Club?

A nature book subscription with two age categories, Under 3s and 3-7 year olds. The Under 3 club features a beautiful and lesser known nature board book plus Songs, signs and sensory activity booklet every other month. The 3-7 club features a beautiful and lesser known nature story book, a pack of nine fact cards and an activity book based on the Early Years and KS1 curriculum.

 

How does it work?

Sign up via the website and sit back and relax! You Book Club parcel will be posted to you every other month.

 

When will the next book title be revealed?

You will receive an email before the payment for a subscription is taken detailing the next book, so that you can update your account if you already have the book.

When will I receive my subscription Under 3 Book Club)?

Book Club subscriptions will be landing on your doorstep at the end of the following months for the 3-7 Book Club:

February

April

June

August

October

December

 

This is usually within 2 weeks of payment, which happens on the 17th of the month, ie. 17th of Feb, April, June, August, October and December. Please allow a few days over this with the postal service being so busy due to COVID.

When will I receive my subscription (3-7 Book Club)?

Book Club subscriptions will be landing on your doorstep at the start of the following months for the 3-7 Book Club:

This is usually within 2 weeks of payment, which happens on the 23rd of the month before, ie. 23rd of January, March, May, July, September and November. Please allow a few days over this with the postal service being so busy due to COVID.

 

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely!

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden payments. Please make sure you cancel your subscription before billing occurs. You can cancel by logging into your account here, clicking "Subscriptions", "Manage", "Subscription settings" and "Cancel", or get in touch with Jenny at hello@littlerobineducation.com

 

How does payment work?

Payment is taken automatically as detailed above, unless you cancel your subscription.

 

How do I cancel or change my subscription or details?

You can head to your account to cancel, change your address or change your preferences (for example you can choose whether you receive the next book or not)

 

What if I already have the book and just want the fact cards and activity booklet?

No problem! Simply log in to your account and alter your preferences, or drop me an email at hello@littlerobineducation.com

 

What if I have siblings and they’ll fight over the activity booklet?

No problem! You can choose to add extra copies of the activity booklet for just £2 each

 

Where do you ship?

At this time I only ship to the UK.

When you buy a subscription from Little Robin Education you’re agreeing to our terms and conditions as follows:

 

Shipping

Book Club subscriptions are shipped on a bimonthly basis (every other month/6 times a year). 

Delivery may take longer at the moment due to COVID-19. Please be patient but you can email Jenny at hello@littlerobineducation.com for queries.

 

Subscription cut off for the Under 3 Book Club

The billing dates for the Under 3 Book Club are as follows, please cancel before the billing date as orders are automatically generated after you've paid:

18th February

18th April

18th June

18th August

18th October

18th December

Subscription cut off for the 3-7 Book Club

The billing dates  for the 3-7 Book Club are as follows, if you subscribe before the billing date you will receive the current book

(for example if you subscribe on the 22nd January you'll receive the Feb/March book and then also be billed for the April/May book the next day);

23rd January for the Feb/March book,

23rd March for the April/May book

23rd May for the June/July book

23rd July for the August/September book

23rd September for the October/November book

23rd November for the December/January book

 

Payments

Your chosen payment card will be billed on the above dates until your subscription is cancelled. Your box will be received within 2 weeks of billing. Please be patient, I’m a one woman army, but if you have any questions please get in touch with me at hello@littlerobineducation.com

 

Auto renewal

Subscriptions will renew automatically by default. If you wish to order just one box, click the “gift” tab upon checking out.

Damaged/missing/lost boxes

Please get in touch with Jenny at hello@littlerobineducation.com if you have any issues with your shipment. I’ll be happy to help!

 

Cancellation

Returns

You can receive a refund for any box in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that I do not offer free returns. Please get in touch with Jenny at hello@littlerobineducation.com and I’ll be happy to help.
